EFI’s Jetrion® 3025 Inkjet System provides labels converters, mail houses, and package printers with the substrate versatility, image quality and reliability to print large volumes of addresses, barcodes, sequential numbers, expiration dates, variable logos/bitmaps and other variable data on unique materials. It leads the market with the best combination of high speed, excellent image quality, substrate compatibility and lowest total cost of ownership.
Feature Highlights
- Offers flexible printing options. The Jetrion 3025 Inkjet System prints at speeds of up to 400 fpm (122m/min), giving printers press speed for short run printing and full VDP. Also, up to six 2.4” (61mm) printheads can be stitched together for a print width of up to 14.4 (366 mm), enabling printing across the entire web.
- Delivers outstanding print quality. It offers resolutions of up to 316 x 526 dpi to give printers outstanding print quality.
- Provides an easy-to-use system. The sophisticated yet easy-to-use WYSIWYG controller uses Windows® XP to reliably deliver data to the printhead at very high speeds, enabling printers to meet tight turnaround times.
- Works with Jetrion high-performance inks. Low-priced UV inks from Jetrion allow printers to digitally print black in parallel with other flexo-printed colors and eliminate the need for black plate changes, plate design and make-ready time. These fast cure UV inks, developed and manufactured by EFI, eliminate the need to undercoat or over varnish, saving time while still maintaining durability.
