EFI PrintSmith´s CustomerAssist programs offer support options for the PrintSmith system. The programs are designed to help companies´ with all solution issues. Plans include software updates, Internet communications and one-on-one phone support. Below is high-level overview of our services.

Complimentary Assistance

All EFI PrintSmith systems include FREE 180-day DirectAssist support starting at the time of purchase. This support includes software updates, toll-free phone support and Internet communications, In addition, a status bar within PrintSmith links to all pertinent EFI PrintSmith online documentation and to EFI Printsmith.com.

Toll-Free Plans

EFI PrintSmith offers person-to-person support through its toll-free number for users with annual support licenses. Below is an overview of the plans. For more information on specific plans, click on the EFI PrintSmith CustomerAssist Brochure.

  • Direct Assist Plan: This plan provides support benefits such as unlimited phone calls during business hours in the U.S., Canada and Europe with certain restrictions, rapid response within four hours, Internet/email support, and online access to all software updates on www.efi.com/support/print-mis/efi-printsmith/updates/
